1. What is The Good Things Club?
A space for practice, reflection, and conversation. Right now, our main offer is Open Mat. A self-led practice space. Classes and workshops will follow later in the year.
2. What’s the difference between Open Mat sessions and a Classes?
Open Mat: You come and practice on your own terms. The studio is open, mats and props are available, and the space is yours. No teacher leading.
Classes/Workshops: Led by a teacher. These will begin later and will be announced separately.
3. Do I need to be experienced to join Open Mat?
Not at all. Open Mat is for everyone. Beginners, regular practitioners, and anyone curious about yoga and yogic living.
4. When is Open Mat available?
We run multiple Open Mat sessions every week. Check the schedule for exact times.
5. How many people can join at once?
Up to 12 people per session, so the space stays comfortable and calm.
6. Can I drop in without booking?
No, booking is required. This keeps numbers balanced and ensures everyone has space.
7. What should I bring?
Comfortable clothes for movement. You can bring your own mat or use one of ours.
8. What language is the Club in?
Mostly English, with some Hungarian.
9. How do I join?
Book through our online system. You can buy single sessions or passes.
10. Is there a membership?
Not yet. For now, you can join with a single-session pass or a 5/10-session pass. Memberships will launch later.
11. Can I suggest a book, class, or idea for the Club?
Yes. The Club grows through shared ideas. Drop us an email or speak to us directly at the studio.
12. Who comes to Open Mat?
People who want a quiet place to move, breathe, and reflect in their own time and on their own terms.
13. What if I’m nervous to come alone?
That’s completely normal. Open Mat is a personal practice, but you’ll still feel part of a community.
14. Will there be guided classes?
Yes, classes and workshops are coming soon. Open Mat is the foundation, but we’ll expand step by step.
15. What guided classes will be available?
To begin with, we’ll offer Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Aerial Trapeze Yoga, and Meditation. More classes will grow from there.
16. How can I stay updated?
