One minute we’re chasing purpose, the next we’re doom scrolling into oblivion.

The Good Things Club is a place to escape all that noise.

We believe in doing good things for the mind, the body, and the soul, everyday, with people we enjoy being around.

This is why our studio is built around Open Mat Sessions. Dedicated hours of open space for whatever your practice looks like. Some days it maybe breath and stillness. Other days, movement and sweat. Sometimes, it’s reading a book from the shelf with your legs up the wall and a cup of tea in hand.

In the future we will offer guided classes and workshops. Beginner-friendly Hatha Yoga, Trapeze Yoga, Yin Yoga and various gatherings for curious humans. These are part of our future, but not the current focus.

We are a yogic living space. A club. A community.

It will be a slow build. An unfolding. And you’re part of it.
