Open Mat?
Open Mat is a self‑led practice time with a calm atmosphere. You roll out your mat, follow your own sequence, and take the time you need. A teacher is present to keep the space, answer questions, and offer light guidance if requested.
Quiet studio etiquette (phones off, low voices) • Mats, blocks, straps, bolsters available • Access to our small but mighty yoga library • Arrive within first 20 minutes; leave quietly if needed
