Stress can settle into the body as tightness, bracing, shallow breath, restlessness, or fatigue. This workshop offers a gentler way to work with that. Through vagus nerve resets, fascia-focused movement, soft yoga flow, breath, and rest.

The practice is slow, grounded, and led by sensation, helping you reconnect with the body's own signals and rhythms, while supporting the body's natural ability to release excess heat and toxins in the summer season.
